Guidelines & Instructions For Foreign Devotees

 

• Every devotee is requested to attend Meditation four times and Arati three times in a day. Please refer the Schedule of timings for foreign devotees for detailed programs.

 

• The devotees who desire to stay in ashram are requested to inform the concerned authorities.

 

• For obtaining permission to stay in ashram every devotee is requested to fill up the necessary forms in his / her own hand writing and submit with the following supporting papers.

  • Xerox copy of passport

  • Xerox copy of visa

  • Two passport size photographs

  (originals should be provided for verification)

 

• The married couple will be allowed to stay in a room. They are requested to produce marital status documents.

 

• Being a holy place the devotees are not allowed to carry or use liquor, cigarettes, tobacco, guthka or any any other narcotic drugs in ashram. Carrying and using above is against the principles and teachings of Ashrams. It is strictly prohibited.

 

• The devotee if found misbehaving in ashram, the authority will request him / her to leave the place.

 

• Devotees are requested to behave in such a manner which will maintain peace and holiness of ashram.

 

• The devotees are required to maintain their allotted room properly.

 

• The devotees should do their personal work themselves.

 

• The devotees are requested not to carry unnecessary valuables with them. They themselves will be responsible for the loss as occurred. Ashram will not be responsible.

 

• The devotees are kindly requested to maintain every amenity provided by ashram properly. If anything found damaged ashram will recover the proper cost of damages.

 

• It is compulsory to accommodate two devotees in a room. On some special occasions more than two devotees will have to share the single room.

 

• The devotees are kindly requested to save water and electricity.

 

• The ashram provides as far as possible non spicy food for the foreign devotees. Food served in ashram is blessed by Babaji and it should be taken as Guru Prasad by all Foreign Devotees.

 

• In case devotee feels uneasy due to illness or any other reason he / she should inform ashram authority immediately.

 

• In case a group of foreign devotees wish to meet Babaji they should approach office authority and the office authority will arrange the darshan.

 

• Necessary assistance and guidance will be provided for Meditation.

 

• Every foreign devotee should inform about their schedule, stay and further program in written form in advance.

 

• In case foreign devotees wish to visit different places / travel anywhere in state, ashram authority will guide and help to do so. But required charges must be paid by devotee to the concerned agency.

 

• Any suspicious activity / things / person noticed in ashram by a foreign devotee he / she should immediately inform ashram office.

 

• Devotee will be allowed to stay in ashram up to 3 day. In case of further extension of stay he/she should obtain permission of the Trust office.

 

• Kindly requested to all devotees please wear white dress in ashram.

 

• The amenities & the facilities provided by the ashram are subject to nominal charges decided by the trust.
